Suggested Warm Up: 250 M Row, 20 light KB Swings, 20 Squat Jumps

For Time:

400 M Run

20 Goblet Squats, 1.5/1 pood

20 Box Jump Overs, 65% max

20 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood

20 Burpee Sit Ups

20 Pull Ups

20 Burpee Sit Ups

20 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood

20 Box Jumps Overs, 65% max

20 Goblet Squats 1.5/1 pood

I made up the Burpee Sit Ups (I think) so you probably won’t find a video but we’ll cover them at the top of class.

    24:37 🙁  15″ weights stacked, 35kb weight to start, but went down to 26 so I didn’t clonk myself in the head/back…..Could have been better or could have been worse! But I am still doing better than when I started, by far!
