    10:45 (Rx) 1.5 was a beast, but I was proud to see spades man up and 2 pood it! good job in the 8:30!

    Well thank you Molly if you hadn’t have pushed me I wouldn’t have picked it  up… Really had fun this morning with this one. The 70# bell is getting easier to handle and my strength gains are going threw the roof!! Love Crossfit, Love our Box and the “family”!!

    11:04 RX plus 25lbs with the lunges. Yeah the 1.5 pood sucked!

    14:10 w/ 1.5 pood…wanted so bad to do the 2 pood and honest to God I would’ve gotten through it…but my WOD time prolly would’ve run well over 20 min…so that being said I’m prolly very close, but not quite ready. Thank you Jaremy for the sound advice!
