Warm Up: Row 300 M, 20 Wall Ball Shots, 20 Tuck Jumps, 10 Cartwheels

I hope everyone enjoyed the break from the double unders. I believe that was the first WOD prescribed with singles from our box.

    Don’t ever make the mistake of thinking a wod might not b so bad because you will ALWAYS be humbled by the time it’s over. The wod today was much harder than I thought it would b and once again kicked my bootie! Hope everyone has a great weekend!

    22:28 Rx That’s 2 good WOD’s n a row!!! Would’ve like 2 have gotten it n under 20 min but I’m not complaining! Like I said yesterday, I think I’m finally finding the pace & weight/resistance where I can b the most efficient, & it’s making all the difference! Rock on!!!
