Friday 4-13-12

I appreciate everybody’s participation in our mobility day. We haven’t had one in some time and I know several people got a lot out of it. I would like all of us to start mobilizing after our WODs. Just a few minutes while we’re catching our breath afterwards we can grab our torture devices and work out those nasty tissues.

In light of our mobility/stabilization day yesterday can anyone spot some flaws? Get organized!

      Kim we did mobility/stability to the tenth degree lol! Really what we did was open some eyes on a few faults we trainers were seeing. Don’t worry you’ll get another chance.

      Only time I beat you! And it was only 4 seconds. I wonder what our time would have been if we just did 25lbs ?

    between yesterday & today just the small amount of mobility I’ve been doing has made me feel great! I’m so glad we took the time to do this.

    6:54 35# TERRIBLE!!! You know and it wasn’t even the overhead weight that was the problem (I could’ve done Rx very easily). It was those @!$#% ?&#¥! Burpees!!! I can’t figure out for the life of me how to get through those things quickly…you could give me only 5 per round & they would still slow the WOD down to a crawl!!! Uggghh!
