Friday 4-13-12

I appreciate everybody’s participation in our mobility day. We haven’t had one in some time and I know several people got a lot out of it. I would like all of us to start mobilizing after our WODs. Just a few minutes while we’re catching our breath afterwards we can grab our torture devices and work out those nasty tissues.
