I will be gone next week. Daylon will be filling in (y’all think I’m tough!). I will be on the mountain thinking about all those great WODs going on back here at home. Nah, I’ll be enjoying the peace and quiet, no technology. Everybody have a great week!

All team athletes be sure to get your reps in on time by Sunday at 7. I won’t be in cell coverage to shoot a reminder text. I will get the reps validated before deadline but be patient as it may not happen till last minute.
