15 Minute Warm Up: 70 Double Unders, Burgener (clean grip)

Work up to a 1 rep max  

Front Rack Stationary Lunge

Begin with the bar in the front rack position and perform one right leg stationary lunge and one left leg stationary lunge. Using small increments work up slowly to a max load you can do one right and one left.

then

For Time:

30 Reps, clean and rack 40% of your one rep max and perform one left and one right stationary lunge.
