20 Reverse Push Press (95/65)

40 Calorie Row (Erg on 20″ Decline)

60 Reverse Air Squats

On the push press partners alternate reps with the non-working partner resting with the BB OH.

Alternate every 5 calories on the rower to maintain an RPE 9+ pace.

On the air squats each rep starts at the bottom of the squat. Partners alternate every rep.
