Deck of Death (Time)

Teams of 3 or 4

For Time:

Go Through a Standard Deck of Cards (w/2 Jokers Per Deck)

Each Suit is a Different Movement:

Hearts – Slam Balls

Diamonds – Situps

Clubs – Russian KB Swings

Spades – Pushups

The number on the card determines the number of reps:

Face Cards = 11 Reps

Aces = 12 Reps

If someone draws a joker the whole gym stops & runs 300m on the spot. This amounts to doing 30 Burpees per team.
