2-4-6-8-10 Damper Row (Partner A or B rows until GHD sit-ups are completed; the damper will increase per round of GHD sit-ups)

*GHD Sit-ups can be modified

*Split reps anyway desired

Immediately Into….

10 Rounds (5 each):

100 ft. Forward Sled Drag (35% team body weight)

100 ft. Bear Crawl

*Partners work at the same time; partner A will complete the sled drag while partner B is completing the bear crawl
