For Time:

300 Calorie Bike

One athlete bikes while the other two do an AMRAP of Ballin’ Annie. Rotate every 20/15 Calories.

50-40-30-20-10

Double Unders

Partner Medball Situps (any weight)

Partition the DU’s anyway you choose. You will alternate the situps every rep facing your partner and pass the ball back & forth.

You will only score the time it takes to bike 300 calories. The Annie AMRAP does not count toward your score.

The bike is always going.
