Max Heart Rate (No Measure)

Warmup:

With a 15 minute running clock athletes will perform the following while keeping their heart rate at 75-85% or 60% of max effort.

20 Calorie Bike

20 Calorie Row

200m Run

If at any time there is no available equipment, athlete will perform

20 Jumping Jacks

20 Burpees

20 Mountain Climbers

There must be no stopping. The intent is to keep the heart rate steady and the body moving for 15 minutes.

Test:

Athletes will then perform 9 minutes on the bike at 85-95% or 80% of max effort. Immediately into 1 Minute max effort.
