Go heavy…double time (Weight)

4 sets (heaviest load possible)
1 hang power snatch
1 hang squat snatch
1 over head squat
4 sets (heaviest load possible)
1 hang squat clean
1 front squat

Double-Unders (2 attempts for max reps(record highest set))
