800m Follow Your Blockers Team Run
The Lombardi Carry is holding a slam ball (12#) at your side like a football while holding a DB (35#) in the OH position on the other arm. Partners will cover the 200m together but the one holding the slam ball & the DB will change every 50m. It doesnt matter which arm is doing what.
The Squat Clean/Bar Facing Burpee Complex is 1 Squat Clean + 2 Bar Facing Burpees. You will switch off every rep.
You may break up the tire flips however you like.
The Follow Your Blockers Team Run is 1 person carrying a slam ball (12#) like a football behind their other 3 teammates. The person carrying the ball changes every 100m. To pass the ball to sone one else you must go to the front of the lone and lateral the ball back to the next person.
If the ball is dropped at anytime on both of these movements it is an on the spot 5 burpee penalty.
The goal in this workout is to complete at least 4 rounds as there are 4 quarters in a game.
