Minute 1: 50 Double Unders
Minute 2: 25 AbMat Sit-ups
Minute 3: Max Calorie Bike
Minute 4: Rest
At 3,2,1, Go Athlete A will begin Double Unders
At the 1 minute mark A will start Sit-ups, B will star Double Unders
At the 2 minute mark A will start the bike, B will start sit-ups, C will star DUs
Etc
Scale with Single Unders 1:1
