42 Alternating DB Hang Power Snatches (Total)

800m Run (Alt Every 200m)

15 Back Squats (Each)

30 Alternating DB Hang Power Snatches (Total)

1 Mile Run (Alt Every 400m)

9 Back Squats (Each)

18 Alternating DB Hang Power Snatches (Total)

800m Run (Alt Every 200m)

Back Squat Weight: 135/95. It may be taken from the rack. The person not squatting will stand still with the BB on their back. Do not set it back on the rack until the round is complete.

DB/KB Goblet Squats may be subbed in for beginners.

DB Snatch Weight: 50/35. Alternate Every 2 Reps (1R1L). For coed teams the person not working will hold their DB at their waist. For those sharing a DB the DB must be passed back and forth without touching the ground.

A 5-Burpee Penalty will be assesed for BOTH partners if a DB or BB is dropped at any time during a set.

The 800m run at the bottom of the list will serve as the turnaround point to go in reverse on the 2nd round.
